Vibration

Vibration testing is used to determine the effects of real-life vibration exposure encountered during the component or device's life cycle. Vibration test standards are designed to simulate the maintenance, manufacture, transportation, and operational vibrations.

The Experior Labs testing facility features electro-dynamic vibration systems ranging from 1000 lbf to 15,000 lbf (pound force) accommodating payloads from small sizes to 800 kg (1750 lb). Vibration testing can be conducted at both ambient temperature conditions as well as at low and high temperatures and to various sine, random, sine-on-random, shock, gunfire, and helicopter vibration profiles as well as transportation vibration.

Experior Labs has approvals (including approvals from DSCC (Defense Supply Center Columbus)) for various vibration methods and capabilities range from MIL-STD-167-1, MIL-STD-1344, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-883, to many more.
