Calibration Services
Experior Laboratories combines their proven competence in the testing services area and years of experience in the fiber optics industry to offer calibration services for a variety of fiber optic instruments. Experior Labs is independently accredited to ISO/IEC-17025:2005 for the calibration of fiber optic test instruments and the calibration systems and practices are compliant with ANSI/NCSL Z 540-1 requirements. This means that Experior’s calibration capabilities have been independently verified ensuring accurate execution and quick turned around times.
Traceability
- All calibration is traceable to the NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology)
- All length measurements (for OTDRs) are traceable to the NPL (National Physics Laboratory) or METAS (National Metrology Laboratory Switzerland)

Turnaround Time
Services include same-day and next day expedited turnaround for scheduled calibrations on all common fiber optic instrument types (listed above). The average turnaround time for non-expedited calibrations is 3 to 5 days for unscheduled services.
